These Terms govern your use of TestPrep4U's website and courses. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing TestPrep4U, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the services.
2. Account Registration
To enroll, you must create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information.
3. Course Purchases & Pricing
3.1 Pricing
All prices are in USD and shown on the course pages. Prices may change. The price displayed at checkout is what you'll be charged.
3.2 Payment
Payment is required at enrollment. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Your payment data is never stored on our servers.
3.3 Discount codes
Discount codes are non-transferable, can't be combined with other offers, and may be revoked at any time.
3.4 Course access
Each course enrollment includes 30 days of access from the date of purchase. 30-day access extensions are available for an additional fee — contact support@testprep4u.com to request one. Total course access (including any extensions) may not exceed one year from the original purchase date.
3.5 Partner & referral program
Agencies and managers may apply to our partner program to receive custom referral codes, branded enrollment links, and revenue share on enrollments they generate. Eligibility, revenue-share rates, and payout terms are governed by a separate partner agreement. We may change the program's terms or rates, or discontinue it, at any time.
4. Refund Policy
If you've completed less than 25% of a course and you're unhappy, we'll issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After that threshold or timeframe, refunds are not available. To request a refund, email support@testprep4u.com.
5. State Exam & Pass Rate
Our 94% pass rate is based on self-reported student data over the last 24 months. We don't guarantee that you'll pass. Your result depends on your effort, study time, and exam-day performance. Completing our course satisfies state pre-licensing education requirements but does not guarantee licensing.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content (videos, text, practice questions, study materials) is owned by TestPrep4U and protected by copyright. You may use it for personal study only. You may not copy, share, redistribute, or resell any course material.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Share your account login with others
- Copy, scrape, or redistribute course content
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with the security of the website
Violation of these rules may result in account termination without refund.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestPrep4U is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Florida state or federal courts.
