Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how TestPrep4U ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services.
1. Introduction
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using TestPrep4U, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
When you enroll, contact us, or sign up for an account, we collect: name, email, phone, payment information, and any messages you send us. If you apply through our Manager Portal on behalf of an agency, we also collect the business details you provide — agency name, your role, team size, average monthly hires, and your social handle (e.g., Instagram).
2.2 Information collected automatically
We collect technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent, and referral source. This is collected through standard analytics tools.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the courses and services you've purchased
- To process payments and send receipts
- To respond to your questions and support requests
- To send course-related emails (progress, completion, certificates)
- To improve our courses and website
- To comply with legal obligations
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Payment processors (Stripe) to process your payment
- Course-hosting / learning-platform providers (e.g., SCORM Cloud) to deliver course content and record your progress
- Email providers to send transactional and course emails
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics) to understand site usage
- Your sponsoring agency or manager — if you enrolled through their referral code or link, we share your enrollment status, course progress, and completion so they can track and support your path to licensing
- State regulators when required to verify completion of pre-licensing courses
- Law enforcement when legally required
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures (SSL encryption, encrypted databases, restricted access). No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies for essential functionality (login, checkout) and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work.
7. Your Rights

- Opt out of marketing emails
- Request a copy of your data
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@testprep4u.com.
8. Data Retention
We retain enrollment and completion records for as long as required by state regulators (typically 4 years). Account information is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
9. Children's Privacy
Our courses are intended for adults pursuing professional licenses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
10. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third parties (Pearson VUE, Florida DFS). We're not responsible for their privacy practices.
